Todays workout

After work and supper I did a short 12 mile ride in some massive wind, 20-30 mph winds.  After cooling off from the ride me and ShaundO hit the gym for some weight lifting where I did a short walk jog on the treadmill along with chest and core work.  I should be asleep right now so I can get up and ride, but it looks like its going to be raining all weekend, damn this spring weather!
